What type of properties can I submit?

What if i'm not happy with the description?

Writing is subjective, we get that. That's why we offer unlimited revisions until you are 100% happy with your description. Simply request a change and let our team revise the copy for you.


How do I pay for my description?

We invoice monthly with each property description listed as a line item on your invoice. There are no minimum charges, so whether you want to submit one property or 100, it's up to you.

Do you charge GST on your invoices?

Yes. We are required to charge GST and this will be shown on your invoice.

What can I use the property description for?

Whatever you like. Primarily, our property descriptions are written with online listing sites in mind but you can use them for printed material, signboards, emails or even social posts - it's all yours.
